Invest in a "Growing Concern"
Growth Funding
Vitalis Bio-Pharma is presently capital raising in order to finalise for production, its 108 Hectare Farm and Facilities situated in Northern NSW.
The farm is almost complete and Vitalis requires growth funding to build-out its 1000 sq/m Greenhouse and Processing Facility. Funding will also purchase, plant, equipment and provide some working capital. This will enable Vitalis to produce its first harvest in late 2024.

Greenhouse
Vitalis will initially begin cultivation in its 1200 sqm Greenhouse producing 3 to 4 harvests a year. Stage 1 development will provide the Australia and European marketplace with 1440kgs of dried flower that is projected to produce $7,200,000 in sales.
Processing Facility
Our 1700 sqm Processing Facility building is already in place and Vitalis looks to complete our internal fit-out with cold room panelling rooms which include Drying Rooms, laboratory, processing rooms and processing plant and equipment. This will allow Vitalis to not own grow cannabis, it will allow final product packaging with delivery straight to the customer.

Plant & Equipment
In order for Vitalis to stay competitive and to reduce costs and overheads, the company seeks innovative modern equipment that will enable staff to not only process Cannabis at speed, but more importantly, to ensure that quality and protocols are followed to ensure that every Medicinal Cannabis product produced by Vitalis is at pharmaceutical grade and meets GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and is also compliant for EU-GMP (European Union - Good Manufacturing Practices
Further Scalability
Right from the beginning the Board has always had an intention to make sure the Farm allows for future growth. Being a 108 Hectare Farm, there is room for multiple Greenhouses. Immediately around the initial Processing Facility, can be added another 7000sq/m of cultivation area utilising smart, energy efficient Greenhouses. A further 10,000sq/m of cultivation area can be added adjacent to the Farm. Vitalis will also consider contract packaging for other medicinal cannabis businesses.
